Origin and Delivery Time: BioTekna devices are shipped from Italy. Please allow approximately one week for these products to arrive.

Return Policy

Return Conditions

Return Period: You may return products within 30 days of receipt.

Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply to all returns.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

How to Return a Product

Contact Customer Service: Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team at support@prohealthtools.com or call us at +1 689-236-2219 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Ship the Product: Use a trackable shipping method to return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Refund Process

Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee plus shipment costs.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of the return.

Notification: You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions and restocking fee as returns.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and waive the restocking fee for these returns.
